We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator who enjoys solving challenges, connecting with people, and continuously learning. At Domin, you’ll be a key collaborator who supports our entire team by understanding their unique technological needs and transforming those insights into effective solutions.

You’ll work closely with our software development team and colleagues across the company, helping everyone do their best work by creating smooth, secure, and efficient IT systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate across the business proactively working towards improving our IT Systems and infrastructure
- Managing groups, users, devices and policies in Microsoft Azure
- Set up new devices
- Creating policies for devices including:
- Android and Apple devices mobile devices
- Windows, Mac and Linux personal computers
- Shared Windows and Linux devices
- Implementing device’s policies with Microsoft Intune
- Admin groups and roles in Microsoft Azure
- Manage users in a range of business accounts
- Implement and manage a secrets’ management system (Bitwarden)
- Interacting with providers and outsourcing key resources
- Listen, understand and break down IT needs into solutions
- Shared responsibility with the rest of the digital team maintaining and implementing our network, deployment pipelines and digital infrastructure.
Essential Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Basic networking knowledge
- Comfortable with cloud-based system administration
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Microsoft Azure)
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite
- Basic scripting skills (PowerShell or Bash)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Proactive learning mindset
- Strong interpersonal communication
- Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and threat mitigation strategies
- Knowledge of information security principles and access management
