We are looking for a Project Manager to play a key role in delivering some of Domin’s most exciting and technically challenging projects.
Reporting to the Head of Business Operations, you will take responsibility for planning and driving the delivery of complex, cross-functional projects that sit at the heart of our product, technology and manufacturing roadmaps. You’ll work closely with all our functions and leadership teams to turn ambitious ideas into delivered reality.
This role is for someone who enjoys being at the centre of the action – bringing clarity to complex work, maintaining momentum, and ensuring that great engineering makes it into the real world. It goes beyond maintaining plans; it is an opportunity to drive delivery, influence outcomes, and see your work translated into tangible products. If you are motivated by complex challenges, high standards, and being trusted to deliver, this role offers the chance to make a genuine impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translating business and product strategy into executable projects, taking responsibility for effective scoping, planning, and successful project launch.
- Leading the delivery of complex engineering, manufacturing and product development projects from concept through to completion.
- Building and maintaining clear, practical project plans that keep teams aligned and moving forward.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams across engineering, manufacturing, and operations.
- Actively identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies before they become problems.
- Keeping stakeholders informed with clear, honest updates on progress, priorities, and challenges.
- Supporting timely decision-making by presenting options, impacts, and recommendations.
- Managing changes to scope, priorities, and timelines in a controlled and transparent way.
- Helping to shape and improve how Project Management is done at Domin as the company continues to grow.
Essential Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver complex projects with multiple workstreams
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing dependencies
- Ability to identify and manage project risks, issues, and changing priorities
- Clear and structured communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for project outcomes
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments and bringing structure to them
Beneficial Requirements:
- 3-6 years of proven experience delivering projects in an engineering, manufacturing, or technology-led environment.
- Experience in product development or advanced manufacturing environments.
- Background in engineering, manufacturing, or a STEM-related discipline.
- Experience working in a scale-up or high-growth business.
- Project management certification (PRINCE2, APM, PMP) or equivalent experience.
