We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of some of Domin’s most strategically important and technically challenging Projects.
Reporting to the Head of Business Operations, you will own the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional Projects that sit at the heart of our product, technology and manufacturing roadmaps. You will operate with significant autonomy, setting direction, shaping governance, and working alongside our functional leadership to translate ambitious commitments into delivered reality.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being at the centre of the action. They will bring clarity to complex work, keeping momentum high, and ensure that our technology makes it into new sectors for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a flagship, customer-facing Project, from shaping scope and governance through to launch and completion.
- Leading complex hardware and new product introduction (NPI) delivery from concept through prototype, qualification, and into production.
- Building and running multiple project-level plans, governance cadence, and reporting that keep multiple workstreams aligned and accountable.
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and quality and managing the interface with external customers and partners.
- Actively identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies before they become problems.
- Keeping stakeholders informed with clear, honest updates on progress, priorities, and challenges.
- Driving timely decisions at leadership level by surfacing trade-offs, framing options, and making clear recommendations.
- Managing changes to scope, priorities, and timelines in a controlled and transparent way.
- Helping to shape and improve how Project Management is done at Domin as the company continues to grow.
Essential Requirements:
- Significant experience (typically 6+ years) delivering complex hardware or NPI programmes in an engineering or advanced manufacturing environment.
- Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and navigating complex dependencies.
- Clear, confident communicator who can engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A self-starter who can land in a technical environment, get oriented quickly, and add value autonomously without close direction.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, exercising judgement under pressure, and re-planning when priorities shift.
Beneficial Requirements:
- Experience taking products through the full NPI lifecycle – prototype, design verification, qualification, and into volume production.
- Experience working in regulated industries such as Aerospace/Automotive
- Background in engineering, manufacturing, or a STEM-related discipline.
- Experience working in a scale-up or high-growth business.
- Project management certification (PRINCE2, APM, PMP) or equivalent experience.
