High-Frequency Test Rig
In one application, MCT developed a bespoke hydraulic test platform built around Domin S4 Pro servo valves. Designed for high-frequency actuation, the system tested hydrostatic bearing performance with exceptionally high accuracy. Each actuator incorporated Domin Valves that deliver flow rates between 0.5 l/min and 4 l/min, with a force output ranging from 6 kN to 50 kN. This allowed MCT to support a wide variety of test scenarios without compromising on control.

Counterforce Actuator Test Bench
MCT also deployed Domin’s S6 Pro servo valves in a counterforce actuator test bench designed for large-force, long-stroke testing environments where precision is paramount.
The system was engineered to meet high-force demands without compromising on positional accuracy or response time, which are critical requirements for evaluating mechanical component performance under real-world conditions.
With Domin’s S6 Pro valves at its core, the bench achieved stable, reliable control throughout its operating envelope, with repeatable force and position control over extended stroke lengths. This unlocked dynamic repeatability and superior accuracy across every cycle enabling MCT to confidently build these test systems with reliability.
