2025 has marked a defining moment for Domin. It has been a year where ambitious investment, product launches, and a commitment to quality at scale have come together to reshape what customers can expect from hydraulic motion control. Reflecting on the year, CEO Marcus Pont describes 2025 as a “breakthrough that has built the foundations for significant scale in 2026”.
Raising the Standard for Quality at Scale
Throughout 2025, Domin has continued to make significant investments to strengthen its ability to deliver high quality, highly reliable products at scale. This included the introduction of world-first machinery, an expanded in-house capability, and the adoption of automated, lights-out manufacturing for the first time.
These advances enable Domin to increase output while maintaining tight control over quality and consistency. By reducing variability and enabling 24-hour production, Domin can meet growing global demand without compromising reliability, performance, or service life. This capability underpins Domin’s confidence as it moves into 2026, ensuring customers benefit from greater availability, predictable quality, and products built to last.
Lead Time Zero: Redefining Industry Expectations
A major leap forward this year was the launch of Lead Time Zero, Domin’s initiative that eliminates the long lead times customers have traditionally been forced to accept. Through a global partner network supported by regional stock, Domin Valves can now be delivered in days rather than months.
For OEMs, system integrators, and end users, this means faster development cycles, less project risk, and ultimately, reduced downtime. Lead Time Zero is already active and making an impact across industries spanning test and simulation, timber processing, aerospace systems and industrial automation, with customers benefiting from immediate access to Domin’s most in demand products. You can hear from Marcus Pont explaining more about the impact of this here.

The P Series: A New Benchmark for Servo Proportional Control
2025 has also marked the launch of the P Series, Domin’s newest range of servo proportional valves. The range delivers best in class control, long service life, and reduced cost of ownership. The P Series overcomes decades-long challenges that manufacturers have had in having to rely on components that are bulky, slow to respond and difficult to integrate. This range of servo proportional valves delivers fast, stable and repeatable control in a compact, low-mass design, and at a highly competitive price point.
Together, the P6 Pro and P10 Pro deliver responsive, stable servo proportional control across a range of applications, from compact machinery requiring fine resolution like ceramics presses and automated handling systems, to higher flow and demanding industrial loads such as heavy-duty presses, energy systems and large scale industrial automation.

Looking Ahead: Quality at Scale
While 2025 delivered breakthrough progress, 2026 will be defined by scale. With strengthened production capacity, expanded product availability through Lead Time Zero, and growing global demand, Domin is positioned to deliver more products at higher quality for more industries than ever before.
We are continuing to invest in active suspension, delivering value to our customers. We’re seeing strong progress and the product is growing into the market as a leading solution, enabling automotive engineers to design with the freedom the future demands.
Domin extends its thanks to customers, suppliers, partners, and most importantly its team whose commitment and ambition continue to push the industry forward.
