Domin announce Norman Fraser appointed as Chairman of the Board

“I am delighted to be joining Domin at such an exciting moment in its development,” said Fraser. “Domin’s fluid power technology is truly revolutionary, with the potential to help businesses save money and improve products, while also reducing energy and emissions. No wonder it’s being recognised and adopted by a growing number of world-class customers.”

Over the last thirty years, as a serial entrepreneur Fraser has co-founded and led several successful international technology businesses. His first start up, Vocalis (a pioneer of voice processing solutions), had a successful IPO on the London Stock Exchange in its third year. Another of his co-founded ventures, the IT services business, Endava, had a successful unicorn IPO on the New York Stock Exchange, and is recognised as a global leader in digital transformation.

Fraser holds MA, MSc and PhD degrees, and is Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at Aalborg University Business School, Denmark.

Marcus Pont, CEO at Domin said “Norman’s long history of leadership makes him an ideal person for this role. I look forward to working closely with him to ensure Domin makes a positive impact for all stakeholders, including our customers, our people, and the world. His track record in the successful emergence of multi-billion-dollar companies is going to help propel Domin forward as we deliver the full potential of our innovative technology.”
